De-Duplication on central storage node

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I am using the advanced workstation version (Acronis Backup & Recovery Advanced Workstation) including de-duplication, I setup a licence server and a storage node whcih bot are working.

As soon as I use a central storage using de-duplication I get an error message that the licence is not activated. Means that a wanted to create a backup using Advanced Workstation but if I select the central depot as target I get the licence error. Checking the lice server I see that de-dublication is unused (only the B&R 10 lic is used).

How can I "activate" the de-dublication feature?????

Note: without activion of dedup. on the central storage node (depot) it works.

Thx in advance

System Infos:

Backup Agent running on Vista SP2 (My workstation to run the backups)

Management server on  Windows 2008 R2 + MS SQLServer (one machine)

Storage Node on Windows 2008 R2 (!= managementserver) this has a connected RAID Array, several central storage areas with & without activated dedublication)

Nobody with ideas how to use a central depot with activated de-duplication together with Acronis Advanced Workstation B&R???

It seems that it is related to the sequence of installing the packages. I reinstalled the dedup feature and while the reinstall it already inserted the licence server selected for the agent installation (in this case it was a readonly setting). It seems that it is mandatory to install and use the Agent before you install the de-dup feature.

So this can also be closde - currently my last issue not solved yet is the network folder access
