delete file/folder from exclusion list of nonstop backup

There is no possibility to delete a file or a folder from the exclusion list of nonstop backup as it is decripted in the help file.
Furthermore a folder which is included in the exclusion list will be backed.

Could you please be more specific? Could you please describe the issue with the details? Could you please let us know the examples of the mentioned malfunction? If it is convenient for you, please illustrate your words with the screen shots.

If you are not familiar with making screen shots, please read the below step-by-step instructions.

- Get to the window which you want to make a screen shot of;
- Hit the (Alt+)PrintScreen button on your keyboard;
- Run Paint usually available in Start\Programs\Accessories or another graphics application;
- Choose Paste command in Edit menu;
- Save the result picture in JPEG format being preferable.

as I learned now from the German support it is not possible to delete a folder from the exclusion list. Once created a nonstop backup there is no possibility to amend the exclusion list.
I wanted to delete the folder d:\pdf.

Thank you for your response.

Please try to do the following:

Launch the program -> Backup -> Nonstop backup -> Options -> Protected partitions -> Content exclusion -> Edit the list -> OK.
