Hello Angelica,
This is a general error that says we can't access the network location for some reason. Without investigating the root cause, it would be hard to propose a specific solution.
That said, what happens when you click the "Refresh" button for this vault? Another thing to try would be creating a new vault that points to the same location.
In any case, I would recommend updating to the latest version, if possible the latest releases are more stable to network access problems.

Hi Igor
thank you for your reply. On pressing the refresh button sometmes the vault gets refreshed and sometimes various errors are encoutered like "failed to read backup information. The specified vault is unavailable.Creating a new vault also gives the same problem.I also updated to latest version and still the problem persits. Its been many days now since the servers have not been backed up and we are starting to get worried now.I would really apprecite any help that you could offer.

Hello angelica92,
Thank you for your posting! First of all please check suggestions from this article: https://kb.acronis.com/content/2869
I would also suggest to specify the same user acoount for Acronis Managed Machine server, for the target location and for the whole backup plan. Use credentials in the form Domain\User or NAS\user.
Thank you,
