Dell E6510 freezes on mouse movement

I'm using B&R Workstation 10 and have three Dell Latitude e6510s. When we boot up using the downloaded ISO (or any other ISO) it will work fine so long as the mouse/touchpad are not moved. If there is even the slightest movement on the primary screen it will lock up the PC. If you use the keyboard to get to B&R then the mouse can be used.

Obviously there is a workaround but this is very frustrating as it doesn't take much to get a mouse movement and have the system lockup.

This does not happen on any of our other PCs.
