Denied access to a folder in a mounted full backup image

Thread needs solution

I have been using True Image 11.0 and have just upgraded to True Image Home 2010. Prior to upgrading to Windows 7 I made a full c: drive backup of my Vista Home Premium 32 bit OS computer. True Image 11 or the new 2010 can mount the large image and I can see the whole drive. When I go to my users folder and open it to my user name folder and try to open it I am denied access. I am using full Administrator access and permissions etc with no success? When I
mount the image on a Win XP machine I can gain full access?

I am having exactly the same problem as described by Malcom. A suggested solution would be appreciated.

Same problem here as well. IS there a solution posted elsewhere
