Deployment State

Thread needs solution

I have a backup policy that I am applying to a handful of machines and am experiencing a couple of issues:

First, one machine errored out when the policy was applying so I revoked it.  Now the deployment state is set to 'revoking'.  It has been in this state for over 24 hours.  When I try to revoke it again I get an error message popup that says, "Failed to change state of the policy from 8 to 8."

Second, The deployment state is set to 'deploying' on a couple of machines.  It has been in this state for over 24 hours. The policy is red and the state column says error.  If I click on the policy and view log this is what I get:

Every 10 minutes it adds the plan and then removes it

Any luck traking down the issue with this?  I am having similar issues.

Thanks,

Gary

I'm also experiencing this issue now. Its just on one machine, we've been trying to roll out ABR10 to the rest of our enterprise but ever machine we install it on has a new issue all on its own. This one has us stumped.

I have been able to work around this issue on most servers by...
Removing the server from the Acronis Policy/Management Server, restarting the Acronis Scheduler2 Service & Acronis Managed Machine Service on the server with deployment issues, then adding it back to the Acronis Management server/policy.

Not sure why, but this has resolved the issue on most servers for me.

Hope that helps,

Gary

We have the policy set to inherit under the group that its in. I tried removing it from the group, checking the policy was revoked and proceeded to restart the service as stated. I then added it to the group and noticed it has different errors trying to reapply the policy.

I may have to delete the vault, policy and group and start over. Looks like i have credential problems (I've double checked everything and its all fine from what I can tell)
