Can anyone tell me the essential differences between the 2 products in the title line, I need the product to provide a backup and mirror image so that the entrie disc including operation system and software and data can be restored in the event of drive failure, corruption etc. If both do this, what is the advantage of having Backup and Recovery Workstation over True Image Home.

0. There is no such thing as "Backup and Recovery Workstation 2011"
but both can do what you need.
