Disappearing Items in Backup Plans and Tasks

Hi There,

For the past few weeks I have been having a problem on one of our servers running ABR10 Build 10.0.11133. Periodically it will loose all the Backup plans and the backup won't run successfully.

In the process of troubleshooting this problem I have performed the actions on this KB article 3734 several times (http://kb.acronis.com/content/3734), performed a complete uninstall of the software using both "add and remove programs" and a manual uninstall (http://kb.acronis.com/sites/default/files/content/2009/07/2975/win2003x…). The issue still persists.

Unlike KB 3734 I have a different error in the logs an example of which is as follows:

In addition to this I have attached a dump from AcronisInfo.exe and AcronisReport.exe to this post.

Edit: As of today when I try to create a new backup plan and I choose 'Disks/Volumes' the 'Data to Back Up' window does not display any partitions it reports There are no items to show in this view. I have restarted all the Acronis services but the problem remains. If i choose 'Files' as my source type it will show everything as it should.

Hi there!

If got the same Problem with Acronis BR10 V10.0.11133 Workstation under Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
Everytime I want to change or watch my backup planes there is nothing in the tasklisting.
But I've got an error message in the log file:

And when I connected my IPod to my PC, Acronis services fail every second again. The only way to syncronise my IPod, is to stop all Acronis services and after disconnect the IPod to start them.
