Disk Clone or Add new Disk?

Thread needs solution

Hi!

I am getting ready to rebuild my system with a new hard drive and the works. Since I am going to Keep the current hard drive for another system, should I just clone the old hard drive to the new hard drive, for the new system. I intend to keep both computers. Thanks.
