Edit TIS with external editor ???

Hi.

The TIS files are simple XML files nicely readable in every XML editor.

But if You want to change only passwords for email notification, then, You are in trouble... They are encrypted...

Knows anybody, how to read the user accounts and passwords information from/to the TIS files, so You don't have to click forever on multiple computers through all the options ???
