Error #1326 'logon Failure, unknown user name or bad password"'

Thread needs solution

Every time I try to use the one click protection option I get this message "Error #1326 'logon Failure, unknown user name or bad password"'. I just bought this software and am running Windows XP Home Addition. The software never asked for a password when loading! I notice someone else has exactly the same problem. Please help!
