Error 262.147(0x40003) ehile trying to make a full backup

Thread needs solution

Hi

I got the above error when trying to make the full backup with Acronis on our Seagate NAS disks. From the Acronis menu all disk are healthy (se screendump). I tried a chkdsk command from the promt on the server where the files to backup is located and there is no errors. I have tried the S.M.A.R.T utility from the Seagate Black Armor NAS software and no error on back disks.
The full back schedule has been running without problems for months. I got this error 4 days ago and can not solve it.
No administrator access rights is changed for a long time on any server our NAS.

I really hope that anyone can help me on this matter as we can not backup.
