Hi there,

we have a problem. A client uses Acronis B & R 10 and always gets this error message:

Can someone help us?
We have already tried a few solutions(http://forum.acronis.com/forum/3083, Hotfix by MS etc.). But the error is still on.
System is Windows SBS 2011 Standard

What privileges do the following users have:
- under which service 'Acronis Managed Machine Service' runs
- whose credentials are used to connect to the managed machine (or who runs the console in case of local connection)
- that is set in plan's credentials

This is always the same user, which has admin rights.
The error also occurs even when I do right click on the scheduled backup tasks.
