Error applying Backup Policy

Hello,

I cannot apply a Backup Policy to a client. I get the following LOG entry:

Any Idea? We have Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Advanced Workstation

Thank you very much for your post. I am very sorry for the delay, but I assure you that I will definitely assist you with this issue.

I have found your support ticket about the same problem and one of our T2 specialists is working on it.

I have consulted with the expert responsible for it and it looks like a problem with our software when selecting the Tower of Hanoi scheme and saving the backup to a usb thumb drive. Our QA team has reproduced this issue and our developers are working on it at the moment.

The issue was escalated to the Development Team and we are expecting the fix for it in update 3.

Thank you for your post and I will definitely assist you with this.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused by our software. Unfortunately there is no fix yet, it will be available in update 3.

I can suggest to submit a support request with several logs, so that I can forward it to our Expert team. When a fix is available, we will notify you about it.

Can you please generate an AcronisInfo report with a screenshot of your backup policy and attach it to your support request. You can always give me the case number here or through a PM.
