Error code 102 between 10 pm and 6:30 am

Each day, between 10 pm and 6:30 am the log of ABR advanced server returns the following message :

Could you please provide me with additional information so that I can help you. Is this a backup plan or a backup policy? Can you please check the build number of the software by pressing Help and About.

Is a database included in your backup? Have you tried saving the backup to a different location?

We are using Acronis Backup & Recovery build 10.0.11345.

I have studied the logs that you sent me via PM and found the following errors:

- Error retrieving the list of tasks: an error occurred during the enumeration of the task.

- Unknown Win32 error

- Unable to load dynamic library

I would like to ask you for some clarification because at the moment it is not clear why this issue is occurring.

1. Is this a local backup plan or a backup policy through the Acronis Management Server?

2. What are you backing up exactly please?

3. Are there any databases on your machine that you are backing up?

The answers :

1 - It's a backup policy through the Acronis Management Server
2 + 3 - We are backing up all "C:" partitions including the Acronis Management Server with sql database !!!

Is it the problem ?

Is it possible to save the Acronis Management Server itself ?

Thank you for the comprehensive description of your backup environment.

It appears that these error messages are caused by the Acronis Scheduler Manager, I would recommend to update your scheduler service and then let me know if you are still experiencing problems with this.

Please check this article, particularly the solution part. First, please try steps 1-2, if they do not help, proceed with steps 3 and 4.

It is absolutely not a problem that you are backing up an Sql database, as long as you have Volume Shadow Copy enabled. You can definitely backup the Acronis Management Server, provided you have an Acronis agent installed on that machine.
