from last 2 weeks i have problem with full/diff beckup
i tryied to reinstall licence, agent, remove/add to AMS and nothing works :/

still same error

If the error disappears if you turn off VSS in backup options, it's a VSS snapshot creation problem and may be solved with http://kb.acronis.com/content/36200 .
