Error from machine connected to AMS

Thread needs solution

Using build 10.0.11133 When I add a machine to AMS, it shows up in 'all physical machines". The log shows the following entry every 10 mins

The error shows up twice every 10 mins
I have removed and added the machine to the AMS but still get the errors. it is the only one that has this problem. Any ideas?

We have had similar cases, I will assist you with the issue. 

Most probably, the issue is caused by task traces that are present in Acronis Agent. Could you please reinstall Acronis Agent and see if the issue remains? If the issue still persists, to give the issue a closer investigation please connect to the Agent directly without  Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Management Server and check the log files. Does the error message still occur?
