Error with Network harddisk Conceptronic

Thread needs solution

I have a Network harddisk Conceptronic. I can see all shared folders in my pc in explorer. But when i try to browse within Acronis B&R 10 wks I can see the unit but not shared folders.Sometimes i can see folders but i get 65520 error (network name not found) If i map network shared folder as Z: when i start backup on Z: i get error

Codice errore: 1 Modulo: 0 LineInfo: 600f7166ce397e68
Campi: $module : C:\Programmi\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\mms.exe
Messaggio: Demon execution failed.
Help me.

Thank you very much for your post. I am sorry for the delay but I will definitely assist you in resolving this issue.

Can you kindly check the build number of your software. You can do it from the main program menu by pressing help->about. If you are running anything before build 11345 I would suggest to update it. Please refer to this article that explains in detail how to install the latest build of our software.

After that, please make sure that you are providing the correct credentials for your NAS device in the create backup plan window. For detailed step-by-step instructions you can check the following article in our Knowledge Base that shows them.

In case you are still experiencing issues, please use the above article 2869 to collect all the necessary logs and create a support case. You can do it from your Acronis web-account in the support section by pressing the "Start Here" button. Then, please give me the case number either here or in a private message and I will take care of this matter personally.
