Thank you for reporting about the issue,and for the log attached. I have carefully checked it, and can see that it reports the lack of licenses in the license server. Here are the licenses that weren't found:

Return status 4 means "not found". Please make sure that you have the above licenses are added to the License Server. Should they be added, please reinstall the LS onto another machine (if possible), and check whether the problem remains.

In case the issue is still present, please send us the screenshot of the issue, screenshot of the License Server and new MSI log.
