Error when running a backup - 'Error occurred while running the backup and recovery engine.

Thread needs solution

We have 2 servers running Acronis 10, we use the GFS system for backups, 1 server has no issues, the other has this message -

Most likely this is a VSS issue. Please check this post and simply disable VSS to run your backups. If you need VSS for your database, please try using Microsoft VSS.

In this case we will need additional information regarding the issue, as the error message in the main log doesn't indicate the cause of the problem.

I installed acronis on my server and installed the client on my PCs but when i do a back up from my server one of my PC its successful, but for the other it reports an error even when i enable the rights to access the mms.exe file and I disabled the firewall, what should i do so that i can make a backup for my other PC?
