Error when try to preform backups

Hi. I am new to acronis. I have about 12 systems backing up right now and all work excetp for 2 they are both giving similare errors, they are one 1TB HDD's and all have at least 70% free space so the users dont have alot of data. just wondering where to start for troubleshooting the following errors.
