how do i reinstall the license or fix corupted one?
hope not to have to reinstall the whole product..it has been working flawless for 30 days now...and then just started failing now...what to do?

here is some more of the errors i am getting;

same behaviour here,
exactly 30 days after installing Build: 17437 to solve another major problem
Are there any solution?
I'm in contact with support team for one month, without any results.
This error now is a black out.
I installed license service, applied licences again, restarted server, nothing helped.
No changes since yesterday successfully backup to disk.

Absolutely frustrating.

My problem starts with version 11. This software is not able to simple overwrite a LTO3 tape, no backup on tape without manually interaction since weeks.

Thank you for your comments, and for bringing this issue to our attention.

Usually this error occurs when the connection to the machine hosting License Server, or to the License Server itself is lost.

Please check first of all for all the Acronis services to be up, and running. If all of them are started, and the machine can also be pinged, please reinstall the License Server to any suitable machine, and re-add there the licenses.

If the issue's still present after that, please gather Acronis Info, submit a case with the information attached, and let us know its number.

Hi, I'm currently in contact with German your support team regarding several issues.
I could fix the licence problem by completely remove (deleted all folders and reg keys) and reinstall the software. Due to the simple single server configuration it was not too much effort.

But I'm not really convinced that the problem is solved.

There is no licence service installed if you following the setup assistant for a local installation only.

I got kb.acronis.com/node/14535 from support as first action, but this seems not match to ABR11 SBS anymore in all points.

- telnet server 9876 stille works

- [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Acronis\MMS\Configuration\License]
Key LicenseServerAddress is empty per default

Although this is a 64 bit system (SBS 2011) there is NO
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Acronis\MMS\Configuration\License

I will see what will happen after 30 days...

This article is about ABR10. If the machine where agent is installed is not added to AMS, then, in ABR11 unlike ABR10, advanced version may be installed with license stored on the same machine, without license server.
