Acronis® True Image Home® version 10.0 (build 4,871)
Windows Pro XP SP2

Hello Kenneth,

I understand the issue and will do everything possible from my side to give you a reliable solution.

There can be two reason of the encountered issue: an outdated build of SnapAPI module and an outdated version of Acronis scheduler. I would recommend you to update the program to the latest build of Acronis True Image 10.0 Home #4942. This will update these modules and should resolve the issue.

You can learn more on how to download the latest build in this article

Please do the following after downloading the latest build:

1. Completely uninstall Acronis software (Start->Settings->Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs. Select Acronis software and hit "Remove").
2. Reboot the computer.
3. Install Acronis True Image 10.0 Home  from the scratch.

Please let us know the results. We are looking forward to hearing back from you.

Please let me know if the provided information is not clear or if you have any other question.

Thank you.
