Errors during Recovery: 32788, 2, 22 & 103

Hi folks:

running a recovery job to a second drive and it fails with 3 errors. I have similar servers running same hardware\software and recovery is smooth. I could not find a description of error 32788 on the site. Any ideas what it is?
The log points to the mms.exe.

Error 2 states error on the engine.
Error 22 points to B&R service.exe.

Running win 2008 R2
