Errors relating to backup retention clean up.
I have set a job up which runs OK, but it is set to delete backups older than 2 weeks under the retention rules.
However, it produces the following error when running the cleanup:

Hello Yana,
The backup is located on a Buffalo NAS device, with no access restrictions.
It is a managed vault
Filles attached as requested.
Cannot upload the .meta folder. Screendump of contents attached.

Dear Redmutts!
Thank you for information uploaded, I really appreciate it!
For successful investigation we will anyway need the meta folder, and I would appreciate if you could upload to the FTP account I've just created for you (I will send you the link to it via PM in a minute).
Thank you once again for cooperation and patience!

Hello Yana,
I am afraid I cannot make use of the FTP link you sent me. Please contact me so we can determine how to move forward.
I have also found out that I have problems with a centralised managed vault on another site, whereby when you look at tha vault it shows 17 backups in the summary, but when you look at the backups in the window below there are only 9.. Also these backups only constitute about half the data space actually used on the vault. If you browse the vault files using Windows Explorer, there are obviously other backups on the vault, which are not listed by the management console.
In these cases there is only ONE backup server (SBS version). so am I best not to be using Centralised managed vaults at all, but to use Personal vaults instead? Is there a discussion on this anywhere? Are there utilities to re-index the meta data on vaults?
