errors won't back up

Thread needs solution

trying to back up and getting this error from one computer.

Command 'Backing up' has failed.

Thank you for specifying the error message.

Looks like the snapapi module got incorrectly installed. I will contact you via PM with a SnapAPI update link in a minute. Please install it onto the machine in question, and check the *.dll's presence in the following folder: 

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\SnapAPI
(or C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Acronis\SnapAPI; depends on the OS you're running).

If it doesn't help, please uninstall ABR from the machine with the help of our CleanUp utility, temporary disable all third-party protection software (like antiviruses, backup solutions, firewall, anything that might use low-level drivers for accessing the hard drives), and reinstall Acronis Backup and Recovery.

If the problem remains even after reinstallation, we will need to take a closer look at the logs. Please gather Acronis Info from the problem machine, and send us the output.
