ESX agent locks up ESX host

Thread needs solution

Upgraded to 11 ABR Advanced Virtual. I have had many issues, wished I stayed at 10. But I am at my wits end with this one. Twice in a week on 2 different hosts, hosts disconnected in vcenter, can ping them, cannot SSH , ESX actually locks up, needs a hard shutdown. 2 different hosts, different hardware models. It has to be the ESX agents, they have been acting strangley since upgrade. Anyone experience this?

Unfortunately it's hard to localize the problem without additional logs. Please connect to the Agent, obtain System Information, and forward it to support. Technical department will be able to check the information, and localize the issue.
