ESXi5 not all machines backup correctly

Hello,

I have the following problem: since updated the Acronis B&R 11 from version 11.0.17437 to 11.0.17438 and 11.0.17440 , the backup of the clients will not work correctly. Under the item "Hosts and Cluster" by the ESXi-Host the clients have various backup-agents. 2 clients will backup from AMS-server as agent and the other clients have the ESXi-virtual appliance as agent. The backup of the 2 clients with the AMS-server as agent will work correctly but the other will not work. How can I change the agent on the ESXi-virtual appliance.

Has anybody a good idea.
