Unfortunately the error you have specified is very common, and can be caused by dozens of reasons. So we cannot even tell what exact information will help us to localize the issue. Acronis Info gather the logs related to the product and system functionality, and any of this data can point us onto the problem.
If it's too big or you don't want to upload it to the Forum thread, you can upload it to the FTP account I've created for you (I'll send you the link to it in a minute). If you're not comfortable with providing us this information, we can offer you a remote session to your machine, which can be performed by support (and will require your permission). For this you need to contact Tech department directly with the information regarding the issue.
Let us know which way of investigation is the most comfortable for you, and we'll proceed working on the problem.

I've carefully checked the logs, and here's what we have:
the issue occurs right after the snapshot is created, on the step where it divides the snapshot into parts and starts to create the backup itself. It's highly possible that the problem is related to the glitch in the snapshot itself. In order to say for sure we'll need SnapAPI log. This log is not included to the Acronis Info tool, and we'll have to create it manually. I will send you the instructions via PM shortly.
I'm really sorry for bothering you with the information requests, but it's important for localizing the issue. Rest assured we'll do our best to speed up the process of resolving the issue.

Dear Dimitry,
Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay with the response. I should've contacted you earlier. The SnapAPI logs doesn't indicate any particular cause of the problem, and testers' team is currently working on reproducing the issue.
Meanwhile we would appreciate if you could test the following workaround:
Download and install the trial version of Acronis Backup and Recovery 11 Advanced Workstation, and check whether the issue remains. Should it remain, please re-gather the information and upload it to the FTP we have opened.
