Export taking really long (AB&R10)

I am retiring one of my workstations and want to export the backups to an external drive since I won't need to keep them online and available. I did an "Export Backup" from the management console a day and a half ago and not only do I not see anything exporting (I only see a .meta folder in the folder where I told it to export to, and two 2KB files in that), but all of my other backups are stuck at "Running 0%" or Waiting.

What is going on? Should it be taking this long? How can I tell that it's actually doing something? (Process Explorer shows disk activity for ManagementServer.exe and sqlserver.exe, but I don't know where any log files might be.)

Are you trying to export all the backups or one archive of them? If you trying to copy it to external disk and the amount is enough GB it might stuck without notice nad prompt for retry after days.
