Extract .tib file

Hi Moderator,
i have damaged .tib files that they are 7-10 GB capacity. i want to recover my excel and word files from that files. .tib files are backed up by acronis 9. now i have acronis 10. Can this version of acronis see damaged files or i can extract them by 3. party application? Please help me.
