Thread needs solution

I almost every time get following error when trying to back up my system:

Failed to back up file or folder 'C:\ProgramData\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\MMS\LogEvents\00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000'.
Error occurred while reading the file.

Error code: 0x40001
Tag: 0x61F1883FE50B0B0C
Failed to read the snapshot.

Error code: 0x10C45A
Tag: 0x14181C22EF45AD47
Falscher Parameter

Error code: 0xFFF0
code = 2'147'942'487 (0x80070057)
Tag: 0xBD28FDBD64EDB8BC: User response: Ignore All

The concerned file has the current date and time when backup is running.

Thank you for posting your question, I will be happy to help.

According to the information provided, the program fails to handle some files properly. I am sending a file to your via Private Messages, please install it and see if the issue remains. The file will renew the SnapAPI module that is responsible for this operation. 

If the issue remains, please provide us with the entire log file of the failed operation in .xml format and AcornisInfo file:

1) - Launch the program;

- Connect Management Console to the Agent; Log;
- Choose the log entry that contains errors;
- Click on the diskette icon Save all to file;
- Specify the location you want to save the file to;
- Attach the log file to your next post.
2) Download AcronisInfo file ;

Run the downloaded file. The gathered information will be put in adv_report.zip in the same folder, where the AcronisInfo was saved. Running AcronisInfo may take up to 5 minutes.
