Failed to deploy backup policies on w2k8 r2

Hello

I newly installed Acronis Backup & Recovvery 10 (build 10.0.12497). Everything works well, exept the deployment of the backup policies on windows 2k8 r2 servers. All the others work well, but in w2k8 r2 following log entrys are made:

Failed to create the backup plan.

I checked the Username and Passwort 100 times and connected from the Machine to the Filestore. Everithing works, exept for the deployment. Even a Backup with under same Username works well, if i make the backup plan locally.

please help! Thank you in advance.

P.S.: UAC and Fierwall are disabled.

Thank you for the information provided. It looks like the Acronis Managed Machine Service is running under Local System account. This may cause the errors you receive. Please check it, and if it does run from the Local System, change it to the correct user account as specified here.

Thanks for your reply. The Acronis Managed Machine Service is running with a account that has more rights it should have. If i connect directly on the machine with the named account, i have access to the backup storage.

i will try to gather the required infos and send it to support.
