Failed to get VSS metadata for backup

Thread needs solution

Getting following warnings with all Backups for Windows server 2008 (64) R2 and
Windows 2003 (32) servers.
Acronic version is 2011 server for Windows and knowledgebase response does not help much.
VSS option = use system vss
My concern is that is backup valid or provide recovery when the time comes?
Additional Info:
All are Dell server connected to Dell MD3200i storage and have one hidden (FAT)
partition.
By the way time indicated on the log is wrong as well. It should be around 3:08AM.

For the benefit of other users:

As per Acronis support:
The issue will be fixed in next build and backups created with the above warnings are good backups and it can be confirmed by validating them.

I've found the instructions here to resolve this problem for me:-

http://blogs.technet.com/b/sdoakes/archive/2006/02/03/418722.aspx

I ran those commands, rebooted my server and the backup ran without error after that. I hope it helps.
