Hi there,

Are you still having this problem?

Can you tell me more about the configuration.. Like
-is sql express still installed on the system were your trying to install the ABR.
-is there more SQL versions on this system installed were you wanted to install the ABR.
-if there is more version of SQL installed, what is the jobb role of SQL installed on the system.
-wich version SQL are installed... like... SQL SERVER 2005 OR SQL SERVER 2008 or somthing else.
-do you have older or pre version of Acronis installed on this system, or thit you uninstall older or pre versions of Acronis Backup and Recovery.. or Acronis True Image Echo or somthing else?
