Failed to Recover file "The specified file does not exist"
The backup archive was created in v11 but I have since downgraded to v10. Will ABR v10 restore from a v11 backup?

Thank you for reporting about the issue. I understand how inconvenient the situation is, and will do my best to best to help you.
Unfortunately ABR10 cannot restore the images created with ABR11 due to the architecture differences. I don't think that the backup is corrupted, but nevertheless we need to check it. Please follow the steps specified in this KB article dedicated to investigation of issues with corrupted archives.
One additional workaround: try restoring the archive from the bootable media, if possible. You can obtain it by downloading the ISO file from your account and burning it onto the CD.
Should the issue remain, please send me Acronis Info from the problem machine. It will contain the logs that might shed the light onto the issue cause.
