Failed to remove the license

Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Advanced Server - Small Business Server Edition

Started getting failure on checking license key

Downloaded the most current build.

Uninstalled the current product.

Installed the new build. Gives an error not seeing the key when entered.

Open License Manager and I can see the key and if I try to remove it it gives me an error "Failed to remoce the license"

How to I get rid of that key so I can try and enter it fresh?

Thank you for posting.

It is possible this issue is caused by a faulty serial number.

Would you be kind enough to get back to me with this report collected from the machine where Acronis License Server is installed and send me the serial number that you are using. You can contact me via a private message.

Never got it.

Checking our mail server logs I see that your mail admin needs to fix your configuration as your mail server does not have Reverse DNS.

Hello... Did you get my notice that you rmail server is misconfigured and therefore many mail servers will refuse to accept mail from you?
