Failed to store backup file or folder...

Thread needs solution

I have been running the Acronis True Image Home 2009 without incident. That is until now. Now it starts to backup and gets stuck while giving me this message:
Failed to backup file of folder 'C:System Volume Informaiton\_restore{46DE8921-1D39-44D2-A9E9-64119261F211}\RP929\A0114567.exe'. Error occurred while reading a file. The backed up file in the backup may be corrupted and will not be restored correctly.

I realized that it was stopping after getting to that point and so I told it to ignore. It has been doing this for about 5 days now.

What can I do to make it stop? Do I have to delete some file or something? Please give me a clue.

Thank you for your help in this matter.

You could try turning system restore off, and then back on again. It will delete that file.

To turn off system restore, right click my computer choose properties. Select the system restore tab. untick the system restore box and click apply. Wait a while until it is turned off, tick the box again and click apply.
