Hallo,

bei der Datensicherung in Dualdestination ( auf Netzwerklaufwerk) wird obwohl kein Passwort vorgegeben ist ständig nach einem Passwort beim Öffnen der Sicherung gefragt.

Was ist hier zu tun ?? (Acronis True Image Server)

MfG

Werner Fritsch

Hello Werner Fritsch,

Thank you very much for your post and I would like to apologize for not answering earlier.

I am very sorry but we do not provide German support in the forum. Can you please post in English or submit a support request to our German support team.

To answer your question, the issue that you are experiencing can either be caused by a corrupt backup or if you set a password.

Please try the following solutions:

1. Acronis True Image Cannot Access a Backup Archive with the "Password does not match" Error.

2. Troubleshooting Issues with Corrupt Backups.

Thank you very much for your patience.
