Hi all,

I'm having an issue with two brand new CentOS 5.8 x64 installations. Acronis Backup and Recovery 11 installs and the virtual machines are properly added to the management server and inherit tasks, but when running them they fail at roughly 16% with the following errors:

The first is:

Feature is disabled.

Error code: 0x640012
FeatureName = "FEATURE_ABR_DISK_BACKUP",
$module = "disk_bundle_lxa64_pic"
Tag: 0x9418A040040A4D5D

And the second:

Command 'Backing up' has failed.

Any idea what is causing this and how to fix? We haven't had this issue on any other CentOS machines, but they are all x86, not x64.

The error seems to indicate that the license for this machine got lost. Please reassign the licenses to the machines you're backing up, it should solve the problem.

If it remains, please perform a reinstallation for these machines, and revoke the licenses in the License Server.
