Formatik Error

Thread needs solution

Our Acronis Exchange backup as just started failing repeatedly. The Acronis log shows "Mailbox role lookup error", then-"Active directory error ....cannot bind to LDAP provider" then "Operations error occurred."

Windows application log shows: "ERROR- Acronis Formatik Agent Category 91 Event 4136.

What is going on an how do we fix it???

Unfortunately, the information you have provided us doesn't allow to identify the reason of the issue and to provide you with a solution.

Please make sure that you are using the latest build of Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange (# 220). If the build number differs from the latest one, please download and install the latest build. You can learn more on how to download the latest build here.

If you already have the latest build, please reinstall it and see if the issue remains.

If the issue still persists, could you please provide us with the following information?

1) What is your operating system?

2) What is the version of Microsoft Exchange you use?

3) Please provide us with the entire log file of the failed operation.

- Start Acronis software;
- Select Tools -> Show log;
- Choose the log entry which contains errors;
- Click on the diskette icon, choose the location (folder) and save there;
- Attach the log file top your тesxt post.

4) Please obtain the appropriate Windows application log and attach to your next post.
