Full drive: backups can not be deleted manually

Hi,
we are using Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 Advanced Server SBS Edition (latest build 12708). The backup rotation scheme is Grandfather-father-son (keeping full backups 6 months, differential 4 weeks, incremetal 2 weeks).
Now our Storage Node is full because the cleaning jobs did not work and I need to delete some incremental and differential backups manually out of the file archive in the program. By doing so, I receive an error message.
It is not the first time, that I cannot delete backups manually. (The last time I had to delete the whole Storage Node including depot and data base to free space.)

I received the following error message:

Unfortunately the error log you've kindly specified doesn't shed the light onto the exact cause of the problem. I've checked all our internal resources, and this issue is reported to be fixed in the latest update. Thus the situation requires investigation.
