Have Premium support package for ABR10 expires April 12. Installed ABR11 so support expired. Cannot contact support in any way.
Crazy situation. Trying to contact support, message says suport package expired Dec 9 2011, so cannot contact them over the web. Who the heck do I call?
I look at my Product list and it says suport purchased on April 2011 for ABR10.
How can I contact them?

Sorry, April 30, it must be still valid then. On 'contact support' page there is a 'customer care' item under "Step 1: issue type " selector, (and questions like 'support program is displayed as expired while it shouldn't " fall into this category), then you get e-mail and chat options.
