how to add files into acronis
Dear Forum members I have new Intel Server SR1630GP I tried to back up the CD with Acronis for both Matrix storage or LSI raid And the Software states Fatal error My assumption that they don't have drivers for this Server Can any 1 assist me here. As far as I understood you cannot backup you machine from the Acronis Bootable Rescue Media due to it's giving you Fatal Error. Unfortunately at the moment this information is not sufficient for successful investigation, so let's try the following:
- First of all please kindly log into your account here and download the latest Acronis Bootable Rescue Media as shown on the screenshot.
- Please burn the downloaded ISO image using appropriate writing software such as Nero or Roxio Easy CD Creator which runs on your computer. We recommend you to refer to the following article if you are not familiar with ISO burning
- Boot from the newly created CD and try to backup again.
In case the issue persists, we will need some additional information regarding the case, so could you please kindly specify me the following:
- Could you please provide us with the exact sequence of actions that lead to the problem you report, so that we can reproduce it?
- I would appreciate if you could kindly take a shot of the error or at least specify the full error message
- Please kindly gather Acronis Linux Report for us. it will show us on what exact step it's failing and we will be able to find a solution.
