How to backup my RAID5?

Thread needs solution

Hi there,
I'm using Acronis Backup & Recovery Server 11.0.0.17217
I'm using the bootable Linux-based iso on a flash drive.
I have a Intel MoBo DH77KC with onboard RAID set to RAID5 with 3 X 500 GB WD HDD
I have attached an additional 500 GB unformated HDD to store the image on.

Once BR11 is up, when I go into the disk management I can see 3 disks. 1 is the RAID array (WIN7 with 3 partitions shows up as 4 partitions b/c of the Win7 100 MB system drive), 1 is the flash drive (2 partitions) and the 3rd one is the unformatted disk.

However, when I try backing up and browse the disk to choose the source for the backup, the system shows 6 disks no less.
1 disk shows 2 partitions and their names and is clearly the flash drive.
However, there are no less than 3 disks which show 4 partitions each (on all 3 disks the partitions are named like on the RAID array, however 1 shows available space while the others show no available space and when changing the view to see the files, the first one shows all the files while the other 2 look empty).
There are also 2 additional disks which are unpartitioned.

If I want to make a full image of the RAID array what am I to pick? And how can I recognize the correct unpartitioned disk?
