How to cancel or time out a job which is waiting for "Activitiy need Interaction".

I need Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 to cancel or time out a job which is waiting for "Activitiy need Interaction".
The server has 2x External USB Drive and backing up 1 week on drive 1 and following week on drive 2.
Now we have an intermitted issue with one of the drive not working, So the back up job stay waiting for Interaction and following jobs are upheld.
How would I time out or cancel after a while if this happens.
