How to completely remove Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 SBS?

Hello there,

i am having big problems with abr 10 sbs on a 2K3 sbs server.

1st - i tried to install it from the link that i got when i bought it - defect archive

2nd - got a new link from the support, install worked, but then i got problems when using it - support: "you do have to use the newest built.." (i was wondering why they gave my an old link for the 1st time...) 

3nd - deistalling and new download (again 668 mb... ), choosing all parts to be installed (i thought after having installed the license server that recognices my key that the install procedure would only install what is necessary for my license - but this intelligence is not in the program...:) so - again problems, backup fails. So - again support - oh - you've installed to much... so - please deinstall and reinstall only the parts "Management Console, Tray and Agent".

4th - ok - again deinstall UUPPS - failure when deinstalling - "no ams server found" - deinstall breaks. Now - ok - reinstall again ams - but the failure remains. i cannot deinstall the product, not by the acronis install file, nor by windows software. And it cannot be installed (same failure).

Now after having spent 10 hours just to try to install the right version of the product i am just before getting a little angry (but just a little)....

So - does anybody have a tip how to deinstall the whole product. Thank you very much in advance
