I don't have dvd drive anymore but I have Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Workstation. Is it possible to create bootable usb from ISO file?

Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 doesn't support Windows 10, so I want to use rescue.iso on usb stick.

Welcome to Acronis forums!
Acronis bootable media builder allows you to select a media type including USB. Please read a step-by-step instruction at https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/ABR11/#1230.html
For more information on how to burn an ISO image to a USB device please read this respective KB article: https://kb.acronis.com/content/1810

Hello Bartosz.
Yes, you can create a bootable USB for Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 on Windows 7 and use it to boot a machine with Windows 10.

This is not an answear to my question. Did you read it at all?
I have Windows 10 now, Windows 10 can run apps in compatibility mode with Windows 7.
My question was will it work or not?
I don't have Windows 7 installed on my pc to make a recovery usb on it.

Hello Bartosz,
Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 is not compatible with Windows 10. Please refer to 56196: Windows 10 support in Acronis products for more details.

Can I use recovery ISO without Acronis installed on my Windows 10 pc? Will it work? Or will it prompt serial key error?

Old builds haven't been tested with the recent OS versions, so the proper functioning is not guaranteed. However, a bootable media should be able to back up and recover corrupted or non-supported systems using the sector-by-sector approach. Though we still recommend using the build compatible with your environment.
