How To Download Universal Restore
At https://www.acronis.com/my/products/index.html
I see two file downloads to which I am entitled:
Acronis Backup&Recovery Workstation Upgrade (280.54 MB)
and
Acronis Backup&Recovery Workstation Universal Restore (280.54 MB)
These are the same file, same size, same path to the download at Acronis' servers.
Traditionally, the TrueImage products had a large install, with a very small supplemental file for Universal Restore. Now, with Backup&Recovery, there appears to be no separate Universal Restore. If I download the "Workstation Upgrade" will that give me a separate file for Universal Restore? Is it built in? Or, has Acronis screwed up the reference to the Universal Restore?

As far as I know, the UR component is included in the normal installer and is only activated if you enter the UR serial number during the install. Does your account show the UR serial number?
Yes, I have both ABRW and ABRWUR serials for several clients. But, why would Acronis list them separately, if they're included in the same package?
I have downloaded the package and extracted all files, and yet, UR is there. So, why should the website list a SEPARATE 280 MB download for UR, when a simple text description of the main download would be a simpler (and a lot less confusing) solution?
Finally, I posted this on the 18th, and send the same message to Support via eMail. Now, four days later, they've not even bothered to respond. I appreciate your voluntary support, MudCrab, but I'm used to better support than this, even from less reputable vendors.
