Start > Run > Regedit and delete the registry Key for the Acronis provider.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\VSS\Providers

You have to go into the Key and you will see which one is for Acronis. Right click the Key first and Export the key to the desktop or somewhere on the server in case you need to restore it. Then delete it. You may also want to follow this article:

This will make Acronis use the Microsoft Software Shadow Copy provider instead of the Acronis provider if you haven't done that already.
